SUNDAY
- Arrival in Paris
- Check in to the Hotel Pont Royal for 5 nights
- After guests check in and have a chance to relax we will enjoy a private walking tour of Left Bank area

MONDAY
- Coach transfer to Reims (about 90 minutes)
- Visit Reims Cathedral with Guide
- Motor from Reims to Ludes (15.7km)
- Tasting at Ployez-Jacquemart, Ludes
- Motor from Ludes back to Reims for Lunch
- Lunch Le Grand Café in Reims
- Coach transfer back to Paris
- Guests will be on their own for dinner tonight to discover one of this city's many wonderful restaurants with our recommendations
TUESDAY
- Guests are free to explore Paris' many attractions today or join Todd and Peter while they explore some of Paris' hidden vineyards and wine bars.
- Guests will be on their own for lunch today
- We'll all gather for a dinner at Paris Wine Bar
WEDNESDAY
- Coach transfer to Vouvray (about 2.5 hours)
- Tasting at Domaine des Aubuissieres
- Motor from Vouvray to La Gagneraie (23.7km)
- Winemaker Lunch at Restaurant la Liodiere with Amirault and Leroy
- Coach transfer from La Gagneraie back to Paris
- Guests will be on their own for dinner tonight to discover one of this city's many wonderful restaurants with our recommendations
THURSDAY
- After breakfast will meet with Susan Hermann Loomis and begin with an outdoor market tour, where we will shop for fruits and vegetables, meat, bread, cheese, fish and poultry. Then we will take the ingredients into Patricia Well's stunning cooking studio on rue Jacob in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Près. There, Susan will lead us through the preparation of a simple lunch, which will include wines and cheeses from small quality producers throughout France.
- As an internationally-recognized expert on food, Susan takes a unique approach to her craft; combining training in journalism with a love for food and the people who produce it. Susan is the author of six cookbooks, the most recent of which is On Rue Tatin (Broadway Books).
- Lunch will end at approximately 3pm after which guests will have time to relax before we gather for our farewell dinner at SPRING in Paris.

- Departures for home or onward travel
